Whidbey Island Radio Control Society (WIRCS) is a non-profit dedicated to the building, flying, and enjoyment of radio control hobbies.
We are an Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) club, charter #624. WIRCS has been active on Whidbey Island for over 50 years.




Club Overview
Membership
Pilots must be current AMA or MAAC members and either an active member of WIRCS, or an invited guest of a WIRCS member who is present.
However, membership is not required to attend club meetings or come watch us fly! Come visit!
Safety
Members and invited guests shall operate their models in a safe manner, adhering to the following:

• FAA Rules for Recreational Flyers
• WIRCS By-Laws
