Please include payment with your membership application. We currently accept cash or checks. Checks may be made out to Whidbey Island Radio Control Society (WIRCS).

Members and invited guests shall operate their models in a safe manner, adhering to the following:

Club members are required to be current members of Academy of Model Aeronautics or Model Aeronautics Association of Canada. If you are not a current member, please visit the following:

FAA
US Regulations require a “Drone Registration” for all fliers of models over 250g. (Note: although the FAA website indicates “drone”, the same regulations apply to fixed wing models, helicopters, etc.)
AMA expects members to follow all local, state, and federal laws, including FAA guidelines. Completion of FAA registration and the TRUST test is the responsibility of the individual. Please visit the following:
